Ash Cooling & Heating will administer this Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

Start Date: 12:01 a.m. local time on October 1, 2025
End Date: 11:59 p.m. local time on October 31, 2025
Winner announced: November 3, 2025

NUMBER OF WINNERS

1 (the “Winner”).

PRIZE

• One (1) Trane Air Conditioning Unit + installation by Ash Cooling & Heating.
  
  
• System sized appropriately for the home (2–5 ton, gas or heat pump, split or package system).
  
  
• Up to a 2,000 sq ft application. Must be the homeowner and reside within Ash Cooling & Heating’s service area.
  
  

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $12,000

Actual value may vary depending on system type. The Winner will not receive the difference between the actual value and the ARV.

ELIGIBILITY

Entrants must:

1. Be legal residents of Arizona, age 18 or older.
   
   
2. Own a home in one of the following service areas: Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Apache Junction, Queen Creek, or San Tan Valley.
   
   

Employees, contractors, and immediate family of Ash Cooling & Heating are not eligible.

HOW TO ENTER

1. Complete the online entry form during the Sweepstakes Period.
   
   
2. One (1) entry per person per day.
   
   
3. Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
   
   

ENTRY INFORMATION; COMMUNICATIONS

By entering, Entrants consent to Ash Cooling & Heating collecting and using personal information for Sweepstakes administration and to communicate offers/promotions. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time (except for necessary Sweepstakes-related communication).

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

• A random drawing will occur within 14 business days after the Sweepstakes end.
  
  
• The potential Winner will be notified by phone or email within 3 business days.
  
  
• If unreachable within 3 business days, an alternate winner may be selected.
  
  
• The Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability waiver, and publicity release.
  
  

ODDS OF WINNING

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE CONDITIONS

• Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  
  
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
  
  
• Prize awarded “as is” without warranties except as required by law.
  
  

TAXES

Winner is responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes. If the prize value exceeds $600, Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

By entering, Winner grants Ash Cooling & Heating the right to use their name, likeness, and statements for advertising/promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

INTERNET & TECHNICAL ISSUES

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted entries, or for technical malfunctions that disrupt participation. Any attempt to undermine the Sweepstakes may result in disqualification.

CONDITIONS

1. By entering, Entrants agree to comply with these rules and release the Sponsor from liability.
   
   
2. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if technical or other issues compromise its integrity.
   
   
3. Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes are final.
   
   
4. All Entries become property of the Sponsor.
   
   
5. Sweepstakes governed by Arizona law.

To obtain the name of the Winner, send a written request to the Sponsor’s business address after November 3, 2025.
